Important Dates

Guidelines for Lecture Submission

● Please click the "Lecture Submission" button for your submission
● Please upload your lecture materials after entering personal information.
● Once you complete your registration process, we will send you a receipt via e-mail. You may modify your lecture materials until the registration deadline.
● Please click the "Modification" button at the "Lecture Material" page after entering your Name and E-MAIL if you want to edit and resubmit your lecture materials.
● Lecture material (which will be included in the program book) format should be in .doc, .docx, .hwp, .ppt, .pptx.
● Presentation Slide file format must be in .ppt, .pptx.
● Presentation slides should be submitted online and onsite. You may also submit your presentation slides via E-mail (gaonpco@gaonpco.com).
Please save your presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.
● Please submit your CV and photo with your lecture materials.
● If you plan on using your own laptop or Mac Book during the presentations, please alert us via E-mail (gaonpco@gaonpco.com).
● Lecture materials must be written in English.
